The residence and its apartments

LAND OF THE SUN Residence Favignana – the residence Terra del Sole has been designed with the aim of ensuring a comfortable stay in small characteristic apartments in the center of the principal island of the Egadi Islands, Favignana famous worldwide for its blue sea, the beaches pristine, the tufa quarries and cuisine.

It is a complex of 10 apartments, of which 7 are studios, 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom apartments, all fully furnished and equipped, with kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Among the facilities and amenities included are:

• Air conditioning;
• TV;
• Equipped kitchen;
• Independent access h24;
• Balconies and / or windows;
• Weekly change of linen (for stays longer than 7 nights);
• All utilities (electricity, water and gas);
• WI-FI.

On request:

• Daily apartment cleaning: €. 30.00 (does not include the cooking space);
• Daily cleaning: €. 15.00 (beds and bathroom);
• Bed linen and towels: €. 15.00 per person (on request).
